काठमाडौंको उत्तरपूर्वतिर पर्ने टोखाको केही उत्तरमा प्रसिद्ध चण्डेश्वरीको मन्दिर छ । काभ्रेको चण्डेश्वरीसरह यो मन्दिर पनि वनभित्र पर्दछ । यहाँ चण्डिकाको ध्यान गरी चण्डिकेश्वर महादेवको स्थापना भएको विश्वास गरिन्छ । तसर्थ चण्डेश्वरी स्थाननजिकै चण्डिकेश्वर महादेवको मन्दिर पनि स्थापना गरिएको छ । यस स्थानमा चण्डिकाको इच्छाशक्ति पूरा भएको पनि विश्वास गरिन्छ । यस स्थानलाई मृगेन्द्र पर्वत पनि भन्ने गरिन्छ ।
Lying to the North of the Kathmandu Valley, the temple of Chandeshwori at Tokha, like the Chandeshwori Temple at Banepa, is located inside the forest. The forest itself is situated on a hill named Mrigendra Parvata, and is also the location of another temple -- namely the Chandeshwor Mahadev, of which Chandeshwori is considered the Shakti.
